Pre-Qualification of Workshops and Firms for Repair, Maintenance, Purchases and Conference Arrangements for Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response System Project

The National Institute of Health (NIH), under the Ministry of National Health Services Regulation and Coordination, invites pre-qualification applications from workshops and firms registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and listed on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. The pre-qualification is for repair and maintenance of official vehicles, plant and machinery, lab and IT equipment, office building, furniture, computers, petty purchases, and arrangements of conferences, seminars, workshops, and symposia for the Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response System (IDSRS) Project during the fiscal year 2025-26 (extendable). Interested bidders must be located in Islamabad/Rawalpindi with their own offices, stock, manpower, and workshop facilities. The process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS). Bids will be opened on 5th January 2026 at NIH Islamabad. Pre-qualified firms will be eligible for call-off contracts under PPRA rules. The tender includes detailed terms and conditions, bid security requirements, and eligibility criteria including minimum experience and financial turnover.
