Prequalification of Chemists and Pharmacies for Supply of Medicines at Wapda Hospital Lahore

The Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) Hospital Complex Lahore is inviting prequalification applications from local Chemists and Pharmacies for a subsequent Closed Framework Agreement. This agreement will facilitate the on-demand supply of medicines and disposables on a daily basis for entitled patients through green slips at the hospital. The procurement is specifically for Local Purchase medicines to be supplied promptly as per daily requirements. Items being procured: - Local Purchase medicines on Green Slips daily The scope of this prequalification includes the supply of medicines and disposables to WAPDA Hospital Complex located at 210 – Feroz Pur Road, Lahore. The successful bidders will enter into a framework agreement to ensure timely and consistent supply. The hospital requires bidders to hold a valid Drug Sale License registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess active NTN and Sales Tax Number (STN). Manual bid submission is mandatory, and the prequalification process is open to local applicants within the vicinity of Lahore.
