Prequalification for Civil Works and Maintenance under CMES (Navy) Islamabad

Applications are invited by the Military Engineer Services (Navy) ISLDLHR for prequalification of firms and contractors for issuance of tenders for various civil works and maintenance projects under CMES (Navy) ISLDLHR at Islamabad and Rawat. Items being procured: - Provision/installation on iron grills on windows at ground floor at Rawat - Repair/Maintenance of parking sheds at Zone I & IV E-8 Islamabad - Provision of PU Flooring in staff surgeon area at E-8 Islamabad - Additional Civil Works for security staff at E-8 Islamabad - Miscellaneous Works/Facilities at E-8 Islamabad (multiple entries) - Repair/Maintenance works at E-8 Islamabad - Abnormal Repair works at E-8 Islamabad - Miscellaneous Works/Facilities at Lahore The scope includes installation, repair, maintenance, and additional civil works at specified locations. Firms must be registered with MES in category 'D' or higher or with other government departments with relevant experience. Contractors must provide detailed information including a list of moveable and immoveable assets, skilled and unskilled personnel, machinery/equipment, bank statements, GST registration, NTN certificate, and performance reports. Prequalification documents can be obtained from CMES (N) ISLDLHR, Sector E-8 Islamabad. Applications must be submitted by 1130 hours on 25 November 2026, with tenders opening at 1200 hours the same day. Firms not registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for 2026 renewal will not be considered. Bidders should ensure complete and accurate documentation to avoid rejection. Earnest Money or CDR requirements are implied by PPRA rules.
