Prequalification for Construction of Kach Harnai Sanjavi Road Packages

The National Highway Authority (NHA) invites applications from constructors registered with the Income Tax department and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Eligible firms must have valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-A with specialization in CE-01 & CE-02 for prequalification of the following road construction projects through the e-Bidding system in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Package I: Construction of Kach Harnai Sanjavi Road (Length: 90.657 Km) including Kach Mor to Harnai Road (Km 19+225 to Km 109+882) - Package II: Construction of Kach Harnai Sanjavi Road (Length: 55.834 Km) including Harnai to Sanjavi Road (Km 0+000 to Km 55+834) The projects involve large-scale road construction works requiring experienced contractors with PEC Category C-A. Prequalification documents detailing terms and conditions can be downloaded free of cost from the NHA website starting 2nd October 2026. Applicants are advised to regularly check the NHA website for any schedule updates or addenda. Proposals/applications must be prepared as per the instructions in the prequalification documents and submitted to the specified address on or before 20th October 2026 by 11:30 hrs. The proposals will be opened the same day at 12:00 hrs. All firms are encouraged to obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk immediately, as hard copy proposals will be eliminated in future procurements. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your PEC registration category and FBR active taxpayer status are current and clearly documented in your submission to avoid disqualification. Early registration on the e-Bidding portal will facilitate smooth participation in the tender process.
