Annual Repair and Maintenance of Internal Roads in Town Committee Chak for Financial Year 2026-27

Town Committee Chak, District Shikarpur, invites sealed bids for the annual repair and maintenance of internal roads within the jurisdiction of Town Committee Chak for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is being conducted under SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended 2013) and is open to all eligible contractors registered with the relevant authorities. Items being procured: - Annual repair and maintenance of internal roads in Town Committee Chak (Estimated Cost: Rs. 3,500,000/-) The scope of work includes comprehensive repair, patchwork, and maintenance of various internal roads, ensuring improved road conditions and safety for residents. The contractor will be responsible for supplying all required materials, labor, and equipment as per the technical specifications provided in the tender documents. The work must be completed within the stipulated time frame and to the satisfaction of the committee's engineering staff. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board (SRB), possess valid PEC and SPPRA registration, and provide a 5% earnest money deposit in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) along with their bid. Bidders must also submit an affidavit confirming non-blacklisting and provide evidence of similar work experience over the last three years. Sealed bids must be submitted through the EPAD system by 15 October 2026, no later than 10:00 AM.
