Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, through C&W Division No. II Swat at Matta, invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the construction and rehabilitation of critical road infrastructure in Upper Swat. This tender specifically covers the Construction / Rehabilitation / Widening / Improvement of Roads, Bridges & Culverts in Upper Swat ADP No. 1646/22056 (2026-27), with the sub head focusing on the Construction of B/T of Udram Road (1 Km) as balance work.
Items being procured:

The technical scope includes all civil works necessary for the completion of the 1 km stretch of Udram Road, including bituminous treatment, associated bridge and culvert works, and any required rehabilitation or widening. The required PEC category for participation is C-6 and above. Bidders must submit a bid security amounting to 2% of the Estimated/BOQ Cost in the form of a CDR. The period of completion will be as per the detailed BOQ and contract documents.
All interested bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Finance Act, 2013. E-bids must be submitted electronically via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) before the deadline of 15 October 2026 at 12:00 PM. The opening of financial bids will take place on the same day at 2:00 PM at the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division No. II Swat at Matta.
