Tender Description
An International NGO invites applications from construction firms for prequalification for its school construction project in Khairpur District, Sindh Province.
Items being procured:
- Prequalification of construction firms for school construction project
The project involves construction works for schools in Khairpur. Interested firms must submit company profiles including active PEC registration, NTN certificate, STRN certificate, financial documents for the last 3 years (annual income tax return, last 3-year bank statements), list of relevant major projects completed in the last 10 years with completion certificates, details of engineers and technical staff with relevant experience, and an affidavit confirming the firm is neither blacklisted nor involved in litigation.
Priority will be given to companies with experience in similar projects in Sindh province and exclusively in Khairpur. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any company without giving any reason.
Submit profiles latest by 31 August 2026 to PO Box 1846 Islamabad.
Bidders should ensure all required documents are complete and accurate to avoid disqualification. Early submission is advised to allow time for any clarifications.
