Prequalification of Distributors and Pharmacies for Procurement of Unquoted Items of Bulk Formulary Medicines for PKLI & RC Lahore

Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center (PKLI & RC) Lahore invites eligible vendors and firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments to participate in the prequalification of distributors and pharmacies for the procurement of unquoted items of bulk formulary medicines. The tender is specifically for PKLI & RC Lahore and aims to ensure a reliable supply chain for essential medicines. Items being procured: - Unquoted items of bulk formulary medicines for PKLI & RC Lahore The procurement will be conducted through a single stage single envelope bidding procedure as per PPRA-2014 rules. Bidding documents can be downloaded free of cost from the official PKLI website and the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bidders must be registered with the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit their e-bids online before the deadline. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2% of the estimated amount in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order. The bid validity period is 180 days from the date of opening. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Supply Chain department at PKLI & RC during office hours from 08:30 AM to 05:30 PM. The submission deadline is 11 September 2026 at 11:00 AM via the Punjab e-Procurement System. Hard copies are not required.
