Prequalification of Firms for M-4 Sector-I & Sub Sector Supply Framework Agreement

The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) invites prequalification applications for firms interested in the on-demand supply under an Open Framework Agreement for M-4 Sector-I & Sub Sector in Toba Tek Singh, Punjab. This procurement is for the supply of goods as part of the M-4 Sector-I project funded by ADP. The prequalification aims to shortlist capable firms for subsequent Invitation to Bid(s) and signing of a Framework Agreement with successful bidders. Items being procured: - Prequalification of firms for M-4 Sector-I & Sub Sector supply framework agreement The scope includes the supply of goods as required during the Framework Agreement period. Only prequalified applicants will be eligible to participate in future procurement proceedings. The Framework Agreement will be signed for a period of 36 months starting from Monday, November 2, 2026. Eligibility criteria include meeting the requirements specified in the Prequalification Documents, which can be accessed through EPADS v2.0 portal. National applicants with valid FBR/ATL registration and relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Earnest Money and other bid securities will be as per the prequalification documents. Applications must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Applications will be opened electronically on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 12:07 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Vendors not registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Guidance on registration and bid submission is available on the portal. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure timely registration on EPADS v2.0 and carefully follow the prequalification instructions to avoid disqualification.
