Prequalification for Framework Agreement of Chemist/Pharmacies for WAPDA Hospital Tarbela and Fortified Dispensary

WAPDA Hospital Tarbela and WAPDA Fortified Dispensary invite prequalification applications from licensed holders of Chemist/Pharmacies registered with NADRA, FBR and EPADS having active NTN and STN for supply of medicines. The objective is to establish a closed framework agreement for on-demand supply of medicines on daily basis as per demand for WAPDA patients through green slip at WAPDA Hospital Tarbela and Fortified Dispensary via subsequent Call-off Contracts with successful bidders. Items being procured: - Medicines for daily supply to WAPDA patients at Hospital Tarbela and Fortified Dispensary The prequalification process is open to all local applicants fulfilling eligibility criteria mentioned in the Prequalification Documents. Interested applicants may obtain further information from WAPDA Hospital Tarbela. Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS application before the closing date 12 Nov 2026 1200 HRS. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 12 Nov 2026 1230 HRS (after 30 minutes of bid closing time) on EPADS. The bidding document is available on PPRA website EPADS. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000/- is required to be deposited to WAPDA Hospital Tarbela A/C No. 0575790504701. Bid security equivalent to Rs. 150,000/- of total bid price in shape of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft issued from Scheduled Bank of Pakistan is required to be deposited to Medical Superintendent WAPDA Hospital Tarbela. Competent authority reserves the rights as per PPRA Rules. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission of bids through EPADS and maintain all required registrations and licenses to avoid disqualification.
