Prequalification for Open Framework Agreement for Miscellaneous MT Items and Vehicle Repair at NHMP N-5 Central-II Multan

The National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP), N-5 (Central-II), Multan invites prequalification applications for an Open Framework Agreement for the supply of miscellaneous MT items and repair of official vehicles for the financial years 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29 at the Lines Head Quarters (LHQs), N-5 (Central-II), Multan. Items being procured: - Miscellaneous MT Items - Repair services for official vehicles The supply of materials shall be delivered at LHQs of Sector N-5 (Central-II), Multan. The prequalification process is open to all national applicants who fulfill eligibility criteria including NTN, GST, PRA registration, Active Taxpayers Lists (ATL for Sales Tax & Income Tax), and PPRA E-PADS Version 2.0 registration using their registered email addresses. Prequalification documents in English can be purchased upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.1,000 or downloaded free of cost from the E-PADS and NHMP websites. Documents must be submitted through E-PADS Version 2.0 along with hard copies delivered to the office of the DSP (NHMP), LHQs, N-5 (Central-II), Multan. All bidders must submit bid security in the form of CDR of Rs.50,000 in the name of DDO(DSP), N-5 (Central-II), Multan. Applications must be submitted electronically and in hard copy in clearly marked envelopes by 11:00 am on 12-11-2026 (tentative). Late applications and bank cheques will not be accepted. Open Framework Agreements will be signed with prequalified firms for the specified period. Mini-competitions will be conducted for each procurement with the lowest bidder selected on an item-wise/lot-wise basis. Bid security CDRs of Rs.50,000 of successful firms will be treated as performance security and retained until expiry of the framework agreement. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the dual submission requirement (electronic and hard copy) and ensure timely delivery to avoid disqualification.
