Prequalification of Office Furniture Suppliers for Virtual University of Pakistan

Virtual University of Pakistan invites reputed Furniture Manufacturers, Importers, and Wholesalers registered with FBR on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) to prequalify for supplying office furniture. This prequalification is valid for a maximum period of three years and will enable qualified vendors to participate in future procurement calls for office furniture items. Items being procured: - Seating Arrangements including Executive Tables, Office Tables, Student Tables, Executive Chairs, Staff/Computer Chairs (mid-back/low-back), visitor chairs, conference room chairs, cafeteria/dining seating/chairs, public waiting area benches/chairs, Sofa Sets (1,2,3 seats), ergonomic mesh chairs - Desking & Workstations such as Executive wooden/steel desks, modular cluster workstations (1-seater, 2-seater, 4-seater, 6-seater), computer tables, reception desks - Storage & Filing solutions including Steel/wooden vertical and lateral filing cabinets, mobile pedestals, low/high storage credenzas, book shelves, lockers, side racks, store room racks - Conference & Meeting Room Furniture including large conference/boardroom tables, media presentation tables, podiums/lecterns - Auditorium & Studio Furniture such as fixed auditorium seating, specialized studio/control room consoles, collaborative breakout furniture The scope covers supply of high-quality office furniture meeting standard specifications. Vendors must have valid FBR ATL registration, NTN, GST certificates, and demonstrate financial soundness. The prequalification process requires submission of company profile, proof of firm status, client history, and affidavit of non-blacklisting. The University reserves the right to visit vendor offices and workshops during evaluation. The submission deadline is 3:00 pm on August 28, 2026, at the Procurement Department, Virtual University of Pakistan, Islamabad. Bidders must submit sealed proposals on official letterhead with office seal and authorized signature. Tender fee of Rs. 2,000/- must be deposited online in Allied Bank Limited account and original deposit slip attached. Bids without tender fee will be rejected.
