Tender Description
The Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs invites prequalification applications from suppliers for a Closed Framework Agreement for the procurement of Office Stationery, Computer Stationery, and Miscellaneous Items for a period of 12 months. This procurement is being conducted under Ref# FFW9643.

Suppliers interested and eligible may obtain the complete Prequalification Document through the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/frameworks/9643. Applications must be prepared as per the Prequalification Documents and submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, October 4, 2026, 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
This procurement follows Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) notified for this procurement is available on the Procuring Agency's website and on the PPRA website.
Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. The submission process is fully electronic, ensuring transparency and ease of access for all bidders.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the prequalification documents and ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal. Maintaining valid FBR registration and relevant experience in supplying office and computer stationery will be advantageous. Earnest Money or Bid Security requirements, if any, will be detailed in the prequalification documents.
