Prequalification of Printers and Publishers for Designing and Printing Annual Reports and Newsletters

Banking Mohtasib Pakistan invites re-applications from registered printers and publishers for prequalification to design and print its annual reports and quarterly newsletters. Eligible firms must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and comply with the detailed requirements outlined in the prequalification documents. The electronic prequalification documents are available on the EPADS portal. Proposals must be submitted electronically via EPADS by January 5, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Manual bids will not be accepted. The opening of electronic proposals will take place on the same day at 3:30 p.m. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been constituted as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 for this procurement.
