Prequalification of Printing & Production Services for Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited

Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited (PLIC) invites applications from well-established, financially sound and experienced printing and production firms for Prequalification of Printing & Production Services. The purpose is to establish a panel of competent service providers capable of consistently delivering high-quality printed materials within agreed timelines in Lahore. Items being procured: - Printing, production, finishing, packaging and delivery of standard printing materials including brochures, flyers, forms, vouchers, receipts, file covers, cards, banners - Specialized card printing with variable data and sequential numbering as per PLIC's Scope of Work The scope covers all aspects of printing and production services required by PLIC, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Interested firms must be capable of handling specialized card printing and variable data printing. Eligibility criteria include financial soundness, relevant experience, and compliance with PPRA rules. Firms must obtain the complete prequalification/tender document free of cost from the PPRA Punjab website and Punjab e-Procurement System. Submission of bids is electronic via the Punjab e-Procurement system, complete with all required documents and samples as specified in the tender document. The submission deadline is before 03:00 PM on 22nd September 2026, with opening at 03:30 PM the same day at First Floor, Pakistan Engineering Congress Building, 97-A/D-1, Liberty Market, Gulberg III, Lahore. PLIC reserves the right to reject any or all applications and to cancel the prequalification process at any stage without assigning any reason, in accordance with applicable procurement rules.
