Prequalification for Purchase and Repair of Store Items for National Highways and Motorway Police M-4 Sector-I

The National Highways and Motorway Police (NHMP) M-4 Sector-I invites sealed bids/proposals from firms/suppliers and workshops registered with Income Tax / Sales Tax Departments (GST), and on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). The firms/suppliers/workshops should have proper setup at Jhang / Faisalabad / Lahore / Toba Tek Singh / Gojra / Multan / Shorkot / Rawalpindi / Gujranwala and other cities in the vicinity of M-4 Sector-I Office for prequalification regarding purchase of Store items and repair of Store items. Items being procured: - A03304 Hot & Cold - A03370 Others - A03901 Stationery - A03905 Newspaper, Books & Periodicals - A03907 Advertising & Publicity - A03917 Purchase of Drug and Medicines - A03942 Others - A03944 Repair of Machinery and Equipment - A13201 Repair of Furniture and Fixtures - A13202 Repair of Plant & Machinery - A13703 Repair of IT Equipment of M-4 Sector-I - A13905 Others The procurement covers three financial years 2026-28 and will be under a Framework Agreement. Bidders must submit proposals through E-PADS 2.0 version only. Pre-qualification documents are available on the NHMP website www.nhmp.gov.pk and the PPRA website www.ppra.gov.pk. All bids will be opened and evaluated as per the prescribed procedure. In case the opening date is a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the submission and opening date. The NHMP reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance or a bid in accordance with PPRA Rules. Eligibility requires registration with FBR and PRA, proper setup in specified cities, and compliance with tax and registration requirements. Earnest Money and bid security details are as per the prequalification documents. The last date for submission is 29-09-2026 at 11:00 AM, with public opening at 11:30 AM on the same day at the M-4 Sector-I Office, Toba Tek Singh.
