Prequalification for Multiple Rehabilitation and Upgradation Works at PAC Kamra

The Military Engineer Services (MES) office at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) Kamra invites applications for prequalification of contractors for various rehabilitation and upgradation works. These works are to be carried out at multiple locations within the PAC Kamra premises including ARF, MRF, AMF, APF colonies, and other associated facilities. Items being procured: - Rehab/up-gradation of Complaint Office and ARF Main office (MES Facilitation Centre) at D/Area - Provision of furniture to makeup deficiency at Gyne Ward & Labour Room PAC Hospital at D/A ARF - Provision of furniture to makeup deficiency at Emergency ward PAC Hospital at D/A ARF - Rehab of Drain Nullah FF Block at D/Area ARF - Up-gradation of Masjid Siddique Akbar (washroom Block) at D/A MRF - Rehab of Sky lights & Ventilator MSK Hanger at T/A AMF JF-17 - Rehab of Airmen Accommodation (Block No. 162 & 163) at MRF Colony - Up-gradation of 3 x Room Quarters at D/A AMF - Up-gradation Works at AM-3, 4, 5, 6, 11, 12 & 13 Blocks - Rehab / Up-gradation of External Electrical Items with Allied Accessories (VCB) at S/Station J PAC Hospital at D/Area ARF - Uplifting of Old DMD Building (IT) at T/A ARF - Provision of Miscellaneous Works at MRF Tech area - Uplifting of Security infrastructure in MRF - Construction of Boundary Wall from Tower No 86 to 87 at APF colony - Up-gradation of Transformers at T/A AMF - Up-gradation of street lights at domestic area ARF - Provision, Repair, and Maintenance of furniture in different locations at D/T Area ARF, AMF, AMF JF-17, MRF & APF - Miscellaneous works including renovation, up-gradations, rehab, uplifting of halls, complaint offices, community centre roof treatment, bungalows, flats, civilian/officers quarters, airmen shelters, mess, shops, hospitals, wards, kitchens, sewerage treatment plant, water supply, HVAC system, LED lights, generators, roads, footpaths, fencing, and other allied services at various locations within PAC Kamra. The scope covers extensive civil, electrical, and mechanical works across multiple blocks and facilities within PAC Kamra. Contractors must have relevant PEC registration in categories A, B, C, or D and demonstrate sufficient experience in similar works. FBR registration and a clean litigation record are mandatory. Applications for tender documents must be submitted by 23 October 2026. The tender submission deadline is 29 October 2026 by 1130 hours, with opening at 1200 hours the same day.
