Tender Description
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Islamabad invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and vendors specialized in repair and maintenance of hardware and IT items. This open framework agreement aims to pre-qualify capable suppliers for subsequent call-off contracts during the agreement period of 12 months. The procurement covers repair and maintenance services for hardware and IT equipment including computers, laptops, printers, LCD/LED displays, network switches, servers, and CISCO IP phones.
Items being procured:
- Repair & Maintenance of Computers
- Repair & Maintenance of Laptops
- Repair & Maintenance of Printers
- Repair & Maintenance of LCD / LED Screens
- Repair & Maintenance of Network Switches
- Repair & Maintenance of Servers
- Repair & Maintenance of CISCO IP Phones
The scope includes servicing and maintenance at NAB's premises located at Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/1, Islamabad. Eligible firms must have physical offices or workshops in Islamabad or Rawalpindi to provide timely and effective services. Bidders are required to submit an affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100/- confirming no litigation history or blacklisting by any government department.
Applicants must be registered with FBR (NTN or GSTN) and possess NADRA citizenship documentation (CNIC/NICOP) as applicable. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on Tuesday, October 20, 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
Interested vendors should ensure timely registration on EPADS and carefully follow submission instructions. A practical tip for bidders is to thoroughly review the prequalification documents and ensure all eligibility criteria and supporting documents are complete to avoid disqualification. The framework agreement does not guarantee any minimum volume of business but offers an opportunity for ongoing repair and maintenance contracts with NAB Islamabad.
This procurement is a valuable opportunity for qualified firms to establish a contractual relationship with a key federal agency in Islamabad, providing essential IT hardware maintenance services.
