Prequalification for Repair and Maintenance of Official Vehicles for Customs Academy of Pakistan, Islamabad

The Customs Academy of Pakistan,Islamabadi (Pakistan Customs) invites applications for prequalification under an Open Framework Agreement for the repair and maintenance of official vehicles. This prequalification is intended to shortlist qualified suppliers for subsequent Invitation to Bid(s) and to sign a Framework Agreement for a period of 12 months. The procurement is based in Islamabad, specifically at the Old CBR Building, CDA Block-III, G-6. Items being procured: - Repair of official vehicle Toyota Corolla Car, Model 1992 - Repair of official vehicle Toyota Corolla Car, Model 1994 - Repair of official vehicle Toyota Hiace Van, Model 2012 - Repair of official vehicle Toyota Premio Car, Model 2003 - Repair of official vehicle Toyota Prius Car, Model 2010 - Repair of official vehicle Toyota Corolla Yaris Car, Model 2025 - Repair of official vehicle Honda City Car, Model 2025 The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance services for the listed official vehicles. The work will be carried out at the specified location in Islamabad with a delivery schedule of 27 days per vehicle. Bidders must demonstrate physical infrastructure including parking space, workshop space, and repair facilities with mechanical and technical expertise. Eligibility criteria require a minimum of 5 years experience in vehicle repair and maintenance, valid FBR registration, a bank statement showing minimum 3 million PKR, and no blacklisting. Evaluation will be based on Quality Based Selection (QBS) with technical marks weighted at 80 and financial marks at 20.
