Prequalification for Repair and Maintenance of Official Vehicles and Motorcycles

The contract is initially for 24 months (730 days) extendable for a further 12 months (365 days) subject to satisfactory performance. Items being procured: - Repair and Maintenance of Vehicles - Repair and Maintenance of Motorcycles - Supply of Tyres, Tubes, and Flaps - Supply of Batteries The scope includes comprehensive repair and maintenance services covering mechanical, electrical, and bodywork aspects for official vehicles and motorcycles. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, listed on ATPL, and have relevant experience and facilities to provide quality services. Bidding documents with detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and submission procedures are available on the EPADS portal and the National Assembly Secretariat website free of cost. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Monday, 5th October 2026 at 02:30 PM. Technical and financial bids will be opened the same day at 03:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Interested bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
