MM-25 Repair / Reclamation of Distribution Transformers (25 kVA, 50 kVA, 100 kVA & 200 kVA) for Mardan, Charsadda and Shabqadar

The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites bids for the MM-25 Repair / Reclamation of Distribution Transformers (25 kVA, 50 kVA, 100 kVA & 200 kVA) for the districts of Mardan, Charsadda and Shabqadar. This procurement is for non-consultancy services involving the repair and reclamation of distribution transformers of various ratings. Items being procured: - Repair / Reclamation of 25 kVA Distribution Transformer - Repair / Reclamation of 50 kVA Distribution Transformer - Repair / Reclamation of 100 kVA Distribution Transformer - Repair / Reclamation of 200 kVA Distribution Transformer The scope covers the complete repair cycle including collection, joint inspection, repair, testing, and return delivery to designated PESCO stores. The transformers must be repaired within 10 days for partial repair and 15 days for full repair. The contractor must have valid PEC registration, relevant experience, workshop facilities, skilled manpower, and testing equipment as per PESCO and WAPDA standards. Bid security of PKR 1,009,000 is required. The contract period is for the financial year 2026-27 with possible extension. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 10:00 AM on October 1, 2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder meeting all eligibility and capacity criteria. The contractor must provide a performance guarantee and comply with all technical and contractual requirements. One practical tip: Ensure your workshop capacity and past performance documentation are complete and verifiable to avoid disqualification during pre-award verification.
