Tender Description
A Federal Government Organization based in Lahore invites firms, workshops, suppliers, and contractors registered with EPADS 2.0, FBR, and relevant authorities having NTN, GST, Vendor Number, and Active Taxpayer status for prequalification for the Financial Year 2026-27. The prequalification is sought separately under four categories covering repair and procurement services.
Items being procured:
- Repair/maintenance of official vehicles (02 & 04 wheelers) of Toyota, Honda, Nissan, ISUZU, Suzuki, Hino Bus & Honda Motorcycles
- Procurement of all required sizes of tyres for 04-wheelers
- Repair of Hardware (IT Equipment, Computers, Printers, Scanners etc.)
- Repair of Furniture & Fixtures
- Repair of Machinery & Equipment
The scope includes maintenance and repair of a variety of official vehicles and machinery, IT hardware repair, and furniture refurbishment. The services will be contracted under an Open Framework Agreement as per Rule 16-A of PPRA Rules, 2004. All taxes will be deducted as per Pakistan tax laws. Successful bidders must furnish a security deposit/performance guarantee of 3% of total estimates in the form of pay order or bank draft in favor of DDO, PPHQ Lahore, separately for each category.
Bids must be uploaded on EPADS 2.0, and hard copies in sealed envelopes must reach the specified address before the closing date and time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule-33 of PPRA Rules.
The prequalification closing dates are staggered by category: 05 October 2026 for vehicle repair and tyre procurement, 06 October 2026 for hardware repair, 07 October 2026 for furniture repair, and 08 October 2026 for machinery repair, all by 10:30 hours. Opening times are one hour later.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm is fully registered on EPADS 2.0 and all required tax and vendor documentation is up to date before submission to avoid disqualification.
