Prequalification for Supply of Spare Parts and Repair Services for 04/02 Wheelers for Federal Government Organization Lahore for Financial Year 2025-26

A Federal Government Organization Lahore invites e-applications from registered firms/workshops with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and active taxpayers on FBR ATL for prequalification for supply of spare parts and repair services for 04/02 wheelers including Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Isuzu, Suzuki, Hino Bus and Honda Motorcycles for the financial year 2025-26. The scope includes supply of genuine spare parts, mechanical, electrical, and body repair works, battery purchase, wheel balancing, cambering, alignment, and air conditioning/heating services. The prequalification process will be conducted through the E-PADS electronic portal with submission deadline on 31 December 2025 at 12:00 PM. Only firms fulfilling eligibility criteria including registration with PPRA, FBR, and not blacklisted will be considered. Evaluation criteria include tax registration, workshop competence, genuine parts availability, financial soundness, and experience. Successful firms will enter into an open frame work agreement with the organization. No manual bids will be accepted and the organization reserves the right to accept or reject any application.
