Prequalification of Suppliers and Service Providers for Goods and Services at Islamabad Club

Islamabad Club invites applications from reputable manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, importers, suppliers, and service providers for prequalification to establish a panel of qualified suppliers and service providers for procurement of goods and services required by various departments of the Club preferably through Open/Close Framework Agreements in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules, 2004 (as amended). Items being procured: - Electrical Items (Switches, Wiring, Cables, Lighting, Circuit Breakers, etc.) - Plumbing & Sanitary Items (Pipes, Fittings, Taps, Commodes, Bathroom Accessories, etc.) - HVAC Materials (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning Equipment, Filters, etc.) - Civil & Hardware Items (Cement, Steel, Paint, Hardware Fittings, Tools, etc.) - Building Materials (Tiles, Marble, Wood, Glass, Aluminum, etc.) - Cleaning Chemicals and Equipment - Tissue & Disposable Products - Laundry Supplies - Kitchen Equipment and Utensils - Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware - Food Supplies including Dry Grocery, Dairy, Bakery, Frozen Foods, Beverages - Seafood (Fish, Prawns, Crab, Lobster) - Sports Equipment, Gym Equipment, Swimming Pool Equipment - IT Equipment including Computers, Printers, Networking, CCTV, UPS, Accessories - Security Equipment, Fire Fighting, Safety Equipment - Office Stationery, Equipment, Furniture, Uniforms, Printing Material - Medical Supplies, Chemicals, Horticulture Supplies - Equine & Polo Supplies including Horse Feed, Medicines, Riding & Polo Items - Services such as Fumigation, Courier, Transportation, Catering, Garbage Pickup, Event Management The prequalification process aims to develop a database of reliable vendors for future procurements. The scope covers a wide range of goods and services to meet the operational requirements of Islamabad Club in Islamabad city. Applicants must be legally registered in Pakistan, active on the Federal Board of Revenue's Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and not blacklisted by any government or autonomous organization. A non-refundable prequalification fee of Rs. 10,000 must be deposited and proof attached. Applications must be submitted both via email and physically in sealed envelopes at the Procurement Department, Islamabad Club, Main Murree Road, Islamabad. The evaluation criteria include financial turnover, relevant experience, and company profile with a minimum passing score of 60 out of 100. Prequalified suppliers will enter into a Framework Agreement valid for one year, extendable up to three years, with call-off contracts issued for specific requirements.
