Prequalification for Supply of Chemist/Pharmacies Medicines for WAPDA Hospital Tarbela

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites prequalification applications for a subsequent close framework agreement for the supply of medicines by licensed Chemist/Pharmacies for WAPDA Hospital Tarbela and WAPDA Fortified Dispensary. This framework agreement will facilitate on-demand supply of medicines daily as per patient requirements through green slips at the mentioned WAPDA medical facilities. Items being procured: - Medicines for WAPDA Hospital Tarbela - Medicines for WAPDA Fortified Dispensary The procurement will be conducted through online bid submission via the EPADS platform. Eligible bidders must be licensed Chemist/Pharmacies registered with NADRA and FBR, holding active NTN and STN numbers for medicine supply. The bidding document is available on the PPRA website and EPADS portal. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000/- is payable to the Medical Superintendent WAPDA Hospital Tarbela account No. 0575790504701. Bid security of Rs. 150,000/- in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a Scheduled Bank of Pakistan is required to be deposited with the Medical Superintendent WAPDA Hospital Tarbela. Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids must be submitted before the closing date and time of 12 November 2026 at 1200 HRS. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1230 HRS on EPADS.
