Prequalification for Supply of Cooked Food Items and Refreshments at Punjab Education Curriculum Training & Assessment Authority Lahore

Punjab Education Curriculum Training and Assessment Authority (PECTAA) Lahore invites applications from eligible applicants, firms, companies, JVs, and consortiums registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The purpose is to prequalify potential firms for the supply of cooked food items, material, and refreshments at its Head Office located on Link Wahdat Road, Lahore. This prequalification is for a period of one year, extendable upon satisfactory performance. Items being procured: - Cooked Food Items - Material - Refreshments The scope includes supplying quality cooked food and refreshments suitable for official use at the PECTAA Head Office. Interested firms must meet the criteria laid down in the prequalification document, which includes registration with relevant tax authorities and possessing adequate experience in similar supply contracts. Applications must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 11:00 AM on 19th November 2026. The applications will be publicly opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the Committee Room of PECTAA, in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives who choose to attend. PECTAA will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by applicants in preparing and submitting their applications. Detailed terms and conditions are provided in the prequalification document. Any requests for clarification must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System within the prescribed timeframe. Applicants must submit an undertaking on stamp paper, duly signed by an authorized representative, declaring that the firm or company has not been blacklisted by any government department, public-sector organization, or other procuring agency.
