National Highways & Motorway Police, M-4 Sector-I, Toba Tek Singh, invites sealed bids/proposals from firms, suppliers, and workshops registered with Income Tax / Sales Tax Departments (GST), and active taxpayers listed by FBR and PRA. The procurement is for the prequalification regarding purchase of Store items and repair of Store items including: - A03304 Hot & Cold - A03370 Others - A03901 Stationery - A03905 Newspapers, Books & Periodicals - A03907 Advertising & Publicity - A03927 Purchase of Drug and Medicines - A03942 Cost of other Stores - A03955 Other Store-Tear-Gas (Computer Stationery / A03970 Others) - A13101 Repair of Machinery and Equipment - A13201 Repair of Furniture and Fixtures - A13701 Repair of Hardware - A13703 Repair of T.T. Equipment This prequalification is for the M-4 Sector-I & Sub Sector (MC-II) Zone through open framework agreement(s) for the three financial years 2026-27, 2027-28 and 2028-29 under PPRA Rules-2004. Bidders must be registered and active taxpayers with relevant tax authorities. Proposals must be submitted through E-PADS 2.0 version on or before the deadline. The bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 11:30 AM. The NHMP reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance in accordance with PPRA rules.
