Supply of Printer and Printing Consumables for AJK Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mirpur

The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mirpur invites sealed bids through single stage single envelope procedure from registered firms, dealers, resellers, authorized partners, or IT firms for the supply of printer and related printing consumables. The procurement is specifically for the Sector F/3 Mirpur office. Items being procured: - Copy Printer (02 units) - A3 Drum (02 units) - Ink (200 units) - Master Roll (20 units) - Exchange Roller Kit (04 sets) - Pressure Roller (04 units) Detailed specifications are provided in the bidding documents. Interested firms may obtain the bidding documents by submitting a written application in the name of the Secretary, AJK BISE, along with a payment proof of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) via AJK BISE Online Challan, 1Bill Invoice (Other Bank Mobile Apps, JazzCash or EasyPaisa), HBL Mobile App, or HBL Konnect in favor of the Secretary, AJK BISE. Bidders must deposit an earnest money amount of Rs. 1,000,000 (One Million) in the form of a CDR in the name of the Secretary Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mirpur issued by a Scheduled Bank, valid for 120 days from the date of tender opening. The tender documents will be issued on the date of opening. Blacklisted firms are not allowed to participate. Prices should be inclusive of all taxes. Bid security deposits other than CDR will be rejected. Firms/Printers must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR. Bids not fulfilling PPRA rules will be rejected. Sealed bids must be delivered before 11:00 am on 03-09-2026. Bids will be opened at 12:30 pm on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
