Printing and Distribution of Consumer Bills for WASA Rahim Yar Khan

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Rahim Yar Khan invites bids from firms and consultants registered with PPRA/e-PADS Govt. of Punjab for the printing and distribution of consumer bills. The procurement will be conducted through the e-PADS portal of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) only. Bidders must submit their bids electronically on or before the closing date and time mentioned as 26-08-2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM on the same day. Submission of hard copies will not be accepted. Items being procured: - Printing of consumer bills (Sewerage, Water Supply, Commercial / Industrial, Aquifer) and distribution of bills (July 2026 to June 2027) (12 Months) for WASA Rahim Yar Khan. The scope includes printing and distribution of bills for various consumer categories under WASA Rahim Yar Khan jurisdiction. The contract period is up to 30-06-2027. Bidders must ensure compliance with PPRA Rules 2014 and Punjab procurement regulations. Digital bid security/e-Bid Security of 5% of the estimated bid cost is required in favor of Managing Director, WASA Rahim Yar Khan and must be verifiable on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligibility criteria include 3 years of relevant experience, registration with SECP, FBR, and PRA, and submission of PEC/SECP, NTN & PRA certificates for the current financial year 2026-27.
