Tender Description
The Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT) Islamabad invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) for the purchase of stationery, miscellaneous consumable, and computer items for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is aimed at fulfilling the Ministry's requirements for office supplies and IT-related consumables to support its operations at the 8th Floor, New Secretariat (Kohsar Block), Constitution Avenue, Islamabad.

- Miscellaneous consumable items
- Computer items
Bidders are required to submit their bids online via EPADS by the deadline of 26th October 2026 at 11:00 hours, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 11:30 hours. Hard copy submissions will not be accepted. The Ministry mandates a refundable earnest money deposit of Rs. 400,000 in the form of a bank draft payable to the Section Officer (General), MoITT. Participating firms must be registered with Income Tax, GST, and hold a Vendor Number registered with AGPR. Samples of the quoted items must be provided, duly stamped and signed.
The successful bidders will be responsible for timely supply of items at the Ministry's premises at their own cost. The Ministry reserves the right to blacklist or debar firms violating PPRA Rules 2026 or failing to supply after issuance of supply orders. All bids will be evaluated as per PPRA Rules 2026, and the Ministry reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed list of items available for download on EPADS and ensure compliance with all submission requirements. Timely online submission is critical as manual bids will not be entertained. This tender offers a valuable opportunity for reputable suppliers to engage with a key federal ministry and secure a contract valid for the entire financial year 2026-27.
