Printing and Distribution Services for Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lodhran

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA) Lodhran invites eligible engineering firms, contractors, suppliers, and companies registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), and registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) to participate in the tender for printing and distribution services. Items being procured: - Bill printing in 4-color (front) and single color (back), A-4 size (80 GSM paper as per specimen) with consumer data printing including all taxes - Bill distribution to consumers with Geo-Tagging, including all taxes and provision of Geo-Tagging App The scope includes high-quality bill printing on specified paper and accurate distribution to consumers using geo-tagging technology to ensure precise delivery. The contract duration is 12 months. Eligibility requires registration with PEC in the relevant category and code, active registration with FBR, PRA, SECP, and enrollment on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal. Bidders must submit a digital bid security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost via electronic instrument or CDR issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan. Technical bids will be opened online on 18 November 2026 at 12:30 PM, with submission deadline at 12:00 PM the same day via the Punjab e-Procurement system. Financial bids of technically responsive bidders will be opened publicly later through the e-Procurement portal. The tender requires compliance with Punjab PPRA Rules 2014 and e-Procurement Regulations 2024.
