The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from reputable organizations and companies for the printing and supply of documentation folders in plastic blue color. Items being procured: - Documentation Folders (Plastic Blue Color) Bidders are required to submit their bids online at the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 16-10-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date to be announced. The bid security of 2% of the estimated cost must be paid or submitted through 1Link or Bank Guarantee options digitally via a generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory with the bids. The Bank of Punjab will not be responsible for any costs incurred in the submission of bid documents.
