Purchase of Computer Stationery, IT Equipment, Plant & Machinery, Furniture & Fixtures

Sealed bids are invited from reputed, experienced and legally sound bidders for the purchase of computer stationery, IT equipment, plant & machinery, furniture & fixtures, printing material, office stationery and other miscellaneous items by the Punjab Government Servant Housing Foundation (PGSHF) under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Purchase of Computer Stationery - Printing Material - Purchase of Furniture & Fixtures - Purchase of IT Equipment - Purchase of other items - Purchase of Stationery items - Purchase of Plant & Machinery Bidding documents along with detailed specifications, terms and conditions are available at the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and PGSHF website (www.pgshf.gop.pk). The bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. The contract will be awarded to the lowest bidder. The total estimated cost is Rs. 10,957,800/- with a bid security of Rs. 219,156/- (2%). The bids must be submitted by 30th March, 2026 till 11:00 AM in the office of Director (Admin) of PGSHF, Lahore. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the Procurement Committee and bidders' representatives. No bids will be accepted after the deadline as per PPRA 2014 rules. Eligibility includes being a legally sound bidder with relevant experience. Bid security in the form of CDR favoring PGSHF Punjab is mandatory.
