Procurement of Design and Printing Material for PMIU Revamping of Non-Teaching DHQ Hospitals Across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Items being procured: - Design and printing material for revamping of non-teaching DHQ hospitals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Bidding will be conducted under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per KPPRA Act 2012 and Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered printing presses and submit bids through EPADS by 11:00 AM sharp on 14th October 2026. The technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 5th October 2026 to clarify any queries. Mandatory bid security of Rs. 1,000,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee in the name of the Project Director Revamping of Non-Teaching DHQs Hospitals across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is required.
