Printing and Supply of Question Papers and Envelopes for Deputy Director Education Shigar

The Office of the Deputy Director Education District Shigar invites sealed tenders for the Financial Year 2026-27 ending on 30th June 2027. Eligible and registered government contractors and firms are invited to submit bids for the supply of the following items: - Printing of Question Papers and Answer Scripts for upcoming examinations including all related printing, composing, packing, and delivery charges - Supply of High-Quality Envelopes of various sizes suitable for secure sealing and packing of question papers and answer sheets - Others (A03970) The tender rates will remain valid only for the procurement of the listed items. Only registered firms, dealers, suppliers, or contractors with Form-C/SECP and GST registration will be entertained. The contractor/supplier must have a complete setup in Shigar/Skardu including printing press, shop, store, or warehouse. Partial bids will be rejected. Samples of paper and envelopes must be submitted with the bid. Prices should include all applicable taxes and delivery charges. The procurement committee will physically inspect the bidder's printing press or warehouse to verify adequacy of supplies and technical compliance. Bid prices must be realistic and aligned with market rates. Incomplete bids will be rejected. A 2% call deposit of the bid value must be deposited in favor of Deputy Director Education Shigar. Successful bidders must submit 10% performance security within 10 days of bid opening. A separate contract agreement will be signed after acceptance. The committee reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. Bidders must submit an affidavit on legal stamp paper worth Rs. 50/- confirming no blacklisting. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the DDO Deputy Director Education Shigar from 17th September 2026 at a fee of Rs. 4000/- for bids up to 5 million and Rs. 6000/- for bids between 5-10 million. The last date for submission of documents is 5th October 2026 at 9:30 AM. All items must be supplied at the office of the Deputy Director Education Shigar. Payment will be subject to availability of funds under the relevant head of account.
