The University of Sindh, Jamshoro invites qualified and experienced security service providers to submit bids for the hiring of private security services for campus security, assets protection, and patrolling for the year 2026-2027, extendable up to two years subject to satisfactory performance and mutual consent. This procurement is managed by the Purchase Store Officer at the University of Sindh, Jamshoro, Sindh. Items being procured: - Armed Security Guards (28 Civilians) - Security Supervisors (2) - Lady Searchers / Receptionists (2) - Communication Equipment including Wireless Systems, Walkie-Talkies, Search Torches, Under-Vehicle Inspection Mirrors, Handheld Metal Detectors, Outdoor Duty Umbrellas, Security Whistles, Megaphones, and Ground Metal Detectors - Weapons including Magazine Shotguns (12 Bore) and Pistols (30 Bore) with ammunition The scope includes 24/7 surveillance, patrolling, access control, emergency response, and liaison with law enforcement agencies across the University's main campus, staff town, and residential sectors. The service provider must ensure all personnel meet strict eligibility criteria including educational qualifications, medical fitness, security clearances, and relevant experience. The contract requires compliance with all statutory labor laws, provision of uniforms, training, and operational equipment as specified. Bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB, possess valid NTN and ATL status, and have a minimum average annual turnover of PKR 30 million over the last three financial years. The bid security is 2% of the quoted price, and performance security is 5% of the contract value.
