Procurement of 11kV Current Transformers (NCB-S-23/2026 Lot-I & II) for SEPCO Sukkur

Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids on a National Competitive Bidding basis for the procurement of 11kV Current Transformers (CTs) under tender number NCB-S-23/2026 for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is planned for delivery at SEPCO Warehouse near 132kV Grid Station, Arain Road, Sukkur, Sindh. Bidders must quote on FCS basis, exclusive of sales tax and SED but inclusive of custom duty, port clearance, and transportation charges up to the designated warehouse. Delivery period is 120 days or earlier from the date of purchase order issuance. Partial deliveries and payments are allowed. Bidders must provide bid security of 2% of the total bid amount excluding GST, valid for 150 days, and performance guarantee of 5% of contract price. Eligibility criteria include at least 5 years manufacturing experience, satisfactory operational certificates, financial soundness with average annual turnover of PKR 100 million or above, and sufficient cash flow capacity. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 portal before the deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted online on September 29, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
