Procurement of 11kV DISC Insulators by Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO)

The Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of 11kV DISC Insulators under Tender No. 1972/26, reference P95854, for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must be registered manufacturers with HESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA in the relevant category and provide evidence of at least one similar purchase order completed satisfactorily within the last five years. Bid security is required in the form of Pay Order, Call at Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft, valid for 148 days from tender opening. Performance security of 5% of the contract price is required upon award. Inspection will be conducted jointly by Chief Engineer (MI) PPMC Lahore and HESCO representatives, with inspection fees borne by the manufacturer. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on September 17, 2026. Original bid security must be physically submitted to Room # 237, WAPDA Offices Complex, HESCO H/Qs, Hussainabad, Hyderabad before the deadline. Manual bids will not be accepted. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0.
