Procurement of 11kV Dropout Cutout and HT Steel Structure 58 Feet by Peshawar Electric Supply Company

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement involves the supply of specific electrical goods essential for PESCO's operations in Peshawar. Items being procured: - 11kV Dropout Cutout (S/I) - HT Steel Structure 58 Feet The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique, in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. Bidders must provide a Bid Security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from any scheduled bank of Pakistan, favoring the CEO PESCO, Peshawar. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar by the closing date and time. Late or manual submissions will not be entertained. Bids will be opened on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 10:30 AM using the E-PADS system. Conditional, partial, or incomplete bids, or those without the required original CDR/Bank Guarantee and samples, will be rejected. PESCO reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA Rule 33(1).
