Tender Description
The Multan Electric Power Company (MEPCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of electrical goods including 11KV Steel Pins for S.X.A, Anchor Shackle, Deadend Clamp Dog, and P.G Connector T-110. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. Bidders must be registered on EPADS and submit their bids electronically before the deadline of Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 12:15 PM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 12:45 PM.

- 11KV Steel Pins for S.X.A (Qty: 5948 units)
- Anchor Shackle (Qty: 2079 units)
- Deadend Clamp Dog (Qty: 2531 units)
- P.G Connector T-110 (Qty: 5063 units)
All items are to be supplied on a free delivery at consignee's stores (FCS) basis inclusive of all taxes, duties, 0.5% inspection charges, and GST. The technical specifications conform to WAPDA/PEPCO/NTDC standards amended to date. Delivery is required within 120 days or earlier. Bidders must provide bid security as specified and comply with eligibility criteria including valid FBR registration, non-blacklisting certificates, and experience with MEPCO or DISCOs. Performance security of 5% of contract value will be required upon award.
The procurement follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Bids must be firm and valid for 75 days. Manual submissions are not accepted. The procurement process is governed by the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations. Interested bidders should carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS and ensure compliance with all requirements.
