Prequalification of Workshops for Official Vehicles of M-4 Sector-I & Sub Sector

The National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) of M-4 Sector-I, Toba Tek Singh, invites applications for the Prequalification of Workshops for Official Vehicles of M-4 Sector-I & Sub Sector. This prequalification is intended to establish an Open Framework Agreement for the on-demand supply of repair and maintenance services for official vehicles. The procurement is based in Toba Tek Singh, Punjab, with the office located at Accountant NHA Complex, Near Motorway Interchange. Items being procured: - AC / Mechanical repair of 45 vehicles of 1600CC and above - Electrical repair of 45 vehicles of 1600CC and above - Denting and Painting works for 45 vehicles of 1600CC and above The scope includes comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and body repair services for official vehicles, ensuring operational readiness and maintenance throughout the framework period of 36 months starting November 2, 2026. Eligible applicants must be registered with FBR (NTN and GSTN), Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA), and provide relevant dealership certificates if applicable. Applicants should demonstrate at least one to two years of experience in vehicle repair services, supported by documentary evidence including tax returns, bank statements, and proof of active tax filer status. Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on September 29, 2026. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical evaluation will be based on Quality Based Selection (QBS) criteria, with a minimum passing mark of 50 out of 100.
