Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP IBB Akora Khattak Branch (1520) KPK Region

The National Bank of Pakistan (Engineering Wing North Islamabad) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the Renovation and Refurbishment Works of NBP IBB Akora Khattak Branch (1520) in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa region. Items being procured include: - Dismantling and removal of existing masonry walls, false ceiling, flooring, doors, windows, grills, ventilators, glass work, electrical and plumbing fixtures - Removal and relocation of existing cash safe, fire alarm, and movable equipment - Reinforced cement concrete works (3000 PSI) including RCC walls - Installation of GI pipes for ventilation in strong room walls - Supply and fixing of Grade 60 steel reinforcement bars - Plaster work with specified thickness and cement/sand ratio - Internal paint works including plastic emulsion paint and deluxe distemper paint - False ceiling installation with gypsum tiles - Supply and installation of a standard strong room door with fireproof and anti-torch materials - Supply and installation of plumbing fixtures including European style W.C., wash basin, stainless steel kitchen sink, mixers, and toilet accessories - Water supply system including polypropylene pipes, brass valves, and electric hot water storage heater - Soil, waste vent, and rainwater drainage system with UPVC pipes - Electrical wiring works including circuit wiring, point wiring, switch socket outlets, and data/voice wiring - Supply and installation of lighting fixtures including LED panel lights, downlights, spotlights, ceiling fans, and exhaust fans - Cable containment with PVC conduits and dura ducts - Data/voice fixtures including face plates and patch/drop cords The scope covers complete renovation and refurbishment of the branch premises in Akora Khattak. The works include civil, electrical, and plumbing components as per detailed specifications and approved brands/manufacturers list. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have completed at least three similar projects of banks, financial institutions, or national/multinational companies costing not less than Rs. 1.0 million in the last three years. Bidders must be registered with FBR, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority, and Pakistan Engineering Council with a valid PEC category C-6 or above and specialization codes CE-10 & EE-04. Bidders must not be blacklisted or debarred. The bidding process will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Bidders must register on EPADS to participate. The bid submission deadline is Thursday, October 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with electronic bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bid security must be submitted in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, or demand draft, or a bid securing declaration as per the bidding documents. Performance guarantee is not required for this contract. The contract duration is 45 days from commencement. Delay damages of 0.1% per day up to a maximum of 10% of the contract price apply for late completion.
