Procurement of 132 kV ZM-1 Type Towers & ZM-60 Modified Towers

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of 132 kV ZM-1 Type Towers and ZM-60 Modified Towers under the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed through the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The bidding documents are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal, and all bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by the deadline of Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 02:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 02:30 PM. Items being procured: - ZM-60 Type Tower (Modified) 2 units - 132 kV D/C ZM-I Type Tower without Stubs & Cleats 92 units - Stubs with Cleats Complete Set for ZM-I Type Tower including Nut & Bolts & All Allied Accessories 92 sets The towers are power transmission steel towers to be delivered to QESCO T&G Warehouse, Sibi Road, Quetta. Delivery period is 120 days from the date of purchase order issuance. The procurement requires compliance with WAPDA/NTDC/NGC/DISCOs/PPMC tender specifications, valid prototype/type test reports from accredited laboratories, and satisfactory operational certificates for similar or higher rating materials with at least two years of continuous operation. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and provide bid security as specified. Technical specifications include compliance with standards P-139:80, P-82:81, P-162:81, P-104:76, P-20:68, P-19:83, P-135:80, P-163:82, and P-166:83 (amended to date). The procurement also mandates submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Bank Guarantee, and original bid security must be submitted physically before the bid submission deadline.
