Procurement of One 150 kVA Diesel Generator Set with Fuel Tanks

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites bids for the procurement of one (01) complete 150 kVA diesel generator set (DG Set) with built-in fuel tank and an outside vertical fuel tank for its Regional Head Office in Sargodha, Punjab. This procurement is part of NADRA's FY 2026-27 plan and aims to provide a reliable backup power solution suitable for data center applications at the Disaster Recovery (DR) Site. Items being procured: - 150 kVA Prime Rated, Outdoor WG Wilson, Caterpillar, Cummins or equivalent factory-assembled imported acoustic weatherproof canopy DG set with built-in tank supporting 8 hours at full load (Qty: 1) - External fuel tank sized to support a minimum of 24 hours continuous operation at full 150 kVA load (Qty: 1) - Power cable (DG to LT Panel), 1 core 120mm2 copper, Newage or equivalent, 50 meters - 2x Earthing with earth cable, 1 core 50mm2 copper, Newage or equivalent, 50 meters - 330 Amp Four Source Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) with Schneider/ABB MCCB, locally fabricated (Qty: 1) - RCC foundation for new generator, approx. 100 sq ft (payment per sq ft) The scope includes supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of the DG set and fuel tanks at NADRA's DR Site in Sargodha. The bidder must conduct a comprehensive site survey to verify all site conditions including space, access, foundation, cable entry, ventilation, exhaust routing, and fuel tank placement. Detailed General Arrangement drawings must be submitted with the bid. The ATS system will manage four power sources including two utility supplies, existing generator, and the new 150 kVA generator with automatic and manual modes. Eligibility requires PEC registration, FBR/ATL compliance, and proven experience supplying and commissioning DG sets of 150 kVA or above. The bidder must have a fully functional overhauling workshop in Islamabad and demonstrate relevant experience with government and defense clients. The bid security must be submitted physically before the deadline. The bid submission deadline is **Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM** via EPADS v2.0 platform only. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will be on the same day at 11:30 AM. The contract will be awarded on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) basis. The successful bidder will provide operator training, warranty for 2000 running hours or 12 months, and four preventive maintenance visits during warranty.
