Procurement of 600V SID Cables, 15 KV XLPE Power Cable, 11kV Conductors, and AMR Energy Meters

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites eligible suppliers to participate in the procurement for the financial year 2026-27. This tender covers the supply of electrical goods essential for power distribution and metering in Peshawar. Items being procured: - 600V SID Cables - 15 KV XLPE Insulated Power Cable (Un-Armoured) S/Core 240MM² (500 MCM) - 11kV Conductors (Different types) - AMR Energy Meters (Single Phase & 3-Phase Whole Current) The procurement is managed by the Material Management Directorate of PESCO, located at Room No. 311, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar. The scope includes supply of high-quality electrical cables and advanced energy meters suitable for the regional power infrastructure. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards as detailed in the bidding documents available on the EPADS platform. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, FBR active taxpayer status, and relevant experience in supplying electrical cables and metering equipment. Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank in Pakistan is mandatory. The original bid security and covering letter must be submitted physically at the PESCO office before the closing deadline. The tender documents can be accessed and bids submitted electronically via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted. The deadline for e-bid submission is Friday, July 31, 2026, at 10:00 AM, with bid opening at 10:30 AM the same day.
