Procurement of ACSR Dog Conductor & ACCC HTLS Conductor (NCB-S-20/2026 Lot-I & II)

The Sukkur Electric Power Company (SEPCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and registered bidders for the procurement of ACSR Dog Conductor and ACCC HTLS Conductor under tender number NCB-S-20/2026 Lot-I & II for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is planned under SEPCO's own resources and will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) using the Single Stage One Envelope method on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Items being procured: - ACSR Dog Conductor, Quantity: 46 KM - ACCC HTLS Conductor, Quantity: 16 KM The goods must conform to the latest NTDC specifications and IEC standards. Delivery is required at SEPCO Warehouse, 132KV Grid Station, Arain Road, Sukkur within 120 days or earlier from the date of issuance of the Purchase Order. Partial deliveries are allowed with partial payments accordingly. Bidders must submit their bids electronically on EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, September 29, 2026, 01:00 PM. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 01:30 PM on EPADS. Manual submissions will not be entertained. A bid security of 2% of the total bid amount excluding GST is mandatory and must be submitted physically before the bid submission deadline at the office of Chief Engineer (Development), PMU SEPCO Sukkur. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR, NTN, and other relevant authorities.
