Procurement of Aerial Bundled Cables 16mm Sq (1x16+1x16) by Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO)

The Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Aerial Bundled Cables 16mm Sq (1x16+1x16) under Tender No. 1990/26 with contract reference P111382 for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Aerial Bundled Cables 16mm Sq (1x16+1x16), quantity 75 Km The cables must conform to WAPDA/PPMC/NTDC standard Specification No. DDS-82:2007 (amended to date). Delivery is expected to commence on November 25, 2026, with a warranty period of 90 days. The supply location is free consignee stores (FCS) at Regional Store HESCO MCPL Workshop Jamshoro / Nawabshah. The procurement will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 using a National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and active taxpayer status, pre-qualification with HESCO/DISCOs/NTDC/PPMC/WAPDA, submission of bid security or bid securing declaration, and compliance with prototype approval requirements where applicable. Bidders must have demonstrated experience with at least one similar purchase order in the last five years and must not be blacklisted or involved in pending litigation exceeding 50% of net worth. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by October 6, 2026, 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
