Procurement of AI Claude & Gemini Altra Licenses for Official Use

Punjab Health Initiative Management Company (PHIMC) invites bids for the procurement of AI Claude & Gemini Altra Licenses for official use in Lahore. The procurement follows Punjab Procurement Rules-2014 (Amended) and is open to eligible bidders with valid NTN and GST/PST registration. Items being procured: - Subscription of Claude Team (Standard Seats 23) - Subscription of Claude Team (Premium Seat 01) - Subscription of Google Gemini AI Ultra (Licenses 02) The procurement involves acquiring software licenses for AI Claude and Gemini Altra to support official operations. The estimated cost for Lot 1 is Rs. 2,300,000 and for Lot 2 is Rs. 700,000. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost is required for each lot, payable through Online Bank Transfer/PSID to Punjab Health Initiative Management Company. Bidders can download the bidding documents free of cost from www.phimc.punjab.gov.pk/tenders, www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, or the Punjab e-Procurement portal https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. The complete bid must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by October 22, 2026 at 2:00 PM.
