Procurement of Stationery, Miscellaneous and IT Items for FY-2026-27 Through Closed Framework Agreement

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) Islamabad invites e-bids from authorized distributors, suppliers, contractors, and service providers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax for the supply of Stationery, Miscellaneous, and IT items for the financial year 2026-27 through a Closed Framework Agreement. Bidders must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue and duly registered on EPADS 2.0. Items being procured: - Stationery - Miscellaneous items - IT items The procurement covers a range of office supplies and IT equipment necessary for NDMA operations. Bidders should ensure compliance with all tax and registration requirements and prepare electronic bids in accordance with the bidding documents. Interested bidders must register and submit their bids online at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted by 1100 hours on 20-10-2026 (Tuesday). Late applications will not be accepted. Bid opening will occur at 1130 hours the same day through EPADS 2.0 in the presence of bidders representatives at NDMA Headquarters Islamabad. Eligibility criteria include valid registration with FBR, ATL status, and compliance with all bidding instructions. Earnest Money or Bid Security requirements are as per bidding documents. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal to avoid disqualification.
