Procurement of AMR Energy Meters (S-Phase & 3-Phase Whole Current) by Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO)

The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites sealed bids for the procurement of AMR Energy Meters (S-Phase & 3-Phase Whole Current) under the contract reference P91033 for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - SINGLE PHASE AMR SMART ENERGY METERS, Quantity: 65,200 units, Delivery Location: Regional Store PESCO Nowshera, Warranty: 2 Years - WHOLE CURRENT, 3-PHASE AMI SMART ENERGY METERS, Quantity: 5,540 units, Delivery Location: Regional Store PESCO Nowshera, Warranty: 5 Years The meters must comply with WAPDA PPMC/NTDC specifications DDS:110:2012, DDS:98:2011, DDS:65:2003 for single phase and DDS-60:2020, DDS-98:2011, DDS-110:2012 for three phase meters, all amended to date. The procurement includes integration responsibilities for meters, MDM, and MDCs, with MDC hardware installation at PESCO Peshawar and PITC Lahore if required. Payment terms include 90% upon delivery and 10% after successful billing of 20% of meters verified by PESCO AMI Cell. Eligible bidders must provide valid prototype approval, FBR registration, no blacklisting declaration, and evidence of prior satisfactory performance with DISCOs or WAPDA formations.
